作为大型集成信息系统管理软件，ERP系统中资金管理模块的功能是极其丰富的。我们在《ERP中的现金流量表》和《ERP中的内部银行》中介绍了ERP资金管理的两个重要功能：自动实时生成现金流量表和利用内部银行结构对企业的资金使用情况进行量化的考核。显然，上述功能偏重于资金来源分析和绩效考核。正如“资金使用的六层结构”（参见本刊上期《ERP中的内部银行》）所示，在这样的结构下，内部利润中心面向的是内部银行。但是作为公司的管理者，必须时时关心整个公司的资产流动性，防止发生公司整体的支付危机。正如我们所知道的，在现实情况下，很多大型企业发生财务危机甚至倒闭，并不是由于资不抵债，而是因为资金的周转不灵导致不能支付。面对这种需求，ERP资金管理模块中的资金预测功能加强了企业对未来中短期现金流量的预测，及时预警，保证公司的顺利运作，维护公司的信誉。
